Delete Your Data

01 How to request deletion

1. Send an email to agriprepafo@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to AgriPrep (your Google account), so we can find your account and know the request is yours.
3. We confirm the request by email and complete it within 30 days.

02 What we delete

• Your account details from Google sign-in: name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID.
• Your profile and preferences (exam, subjects, onboarding answers, photo if you uploaded one).
• Your practice history: quiz, mock test and daily challenge attempts, answers, scores and leaderboard entries.
• Your AgriGuru AI chat messages and your descriptive (essay/letter) submissions.

Payment records (order id, amount, date) are kept only as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and are no longer linked to a usable profile.

03 Facebook and Instagram

AgriPrep's Meta (Facebook / Instagram) app is used only to publish AgriPrep's own videos to AgriPrep's own Instagram account and Facebook Page. It does not offer "Log in with Facebook" and does not collect or store any personal data from visitors' Facebook or Instagram accounts.

If you still want us to check or remove anything connected to you, email agriprepafo@gmail.com as above. You can also remove any app's access to your Facebook account at any time in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
